Scooping Up Points

Current situation at 1800: position 3450S, 13825E.End of Command Day. The challenge of sailing to Port Adelaide from American River was a tough one but the YC did extremely well given the difficult conditions. They ‘scooped’ up heaps of points and sailed into the anchorage ahead of time. Because of the strong winds we went into harbour to seek shelter. The BAT was landed and they got three people and a dog to sing the Anthem with them.Later we held a debrief and slept well that night.Stay tuned,Andrew Davis
