Martin Radunz : Youth Development and Voyage Coordinator

Martin is an officer in the Navy Reserve having served as a Warfare Officer in the Navy for 12 years, and started with the Scheme in May 2010. When asked where he is from, Martin draws a circle all the way around Australia and New Zealand and says 'there'. He now lives in Sydney with all the lifestyle elements he couldn't have at sea - a wife, daughter, two cats and two dogs. Martin has taken up cookery and considers himself competent with Indian, Mexican and Italian food. His primary role with the Scheme is to supervise the delivery of the Youth Development Program that is provided during Young Endeavour voyages and the management of all Young Endeavour applicants and Youth Crew, part of time he sails with the ship. He is also a dab hand at IT and looks after this website.
