Young Endeavour has a history as rich as the lives it has impacted during thirty years of operation.

More than 250 staff crew and 14,000 youth crew have embarked Young Endeavour, and countless visitors have joined the ship for day sails, open days and events in port.

We have partnered with close to 250 organisations to provide scholarships and bursaries for Australian youth, engaged ports and service providers around Australia and the world, and gratefully thanked the many donors and supporters who have championed the Young Endeavour program.

We have an amazing administration and maintenance team in Sydney, a network of board members and ambassadors, and countless friends, family and followers who read our voyage logs and updates and share our stories with the world.
