SAILING INTO HOBART

COMMAND DAY STARTED THE DAY BRIGHT AND EARLY AT ANCHOR WITH NO WIND AND STRAIGHT INTO COMMAND DAY PREPERATIONS WITH THE COOKS, DIL, RHICHARD AND NOAKSY COOKING UP A STORM FOR THE CREW. THE YOUTH CREW TOOK OVER AT 0800. LEADING US FOR THE DAY WAS TOM AS CAPTAIN, HEATHER AS XO AND BEN AS NAVIGATOR AND TASH, MANS, AND HUGH AS WATCH LEADERS. THE YOUTH CREW WERE SUCESSFUL IN SAILING THE SHIP RIGHT INTO HOBART HARBOUR BY OUR 1400 TIME LIMIT WITH GREAT SUCESS AND LOTS OF TEAMWORK AND FUN SHOWN BY ALL INVOLVED. ALL TASKS ASSIGNED BY THE STAFFYS WERE COMPLETED AND A GREAT MORNINGS SAILING WAS HAD BY ALL ONCE WE GOT GOING.OUR FINAL ROPE RACES FOUND RED WATCH OVERALL VICTORIOUS OVER BLUE WATCH AND WHITE WATCH AND BROUGHT US TO THE END OF OUR SAILING AND INTO CLEAN UP ON BOARD.I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT THIS HAS BEEN THE HARDEST THING I HAVE HAD TO DO IN MY LIFE SO FAR BUT WOULDNT EVER REGRET THIS EXPERIENCE.
