Time to go to sea

23 of the youth crew had joined the ship by 1530 and we got on with our program of getting to know one another and getting to know the ship. Our missing man was struggling with flight delays and joined about five minutes ago. We will sail very shortly and motor to a local anchorage where the YC will attempt their first climb.Tomorrow will be a very busy day with a lot to learn and with a fresh sou’easter forecast we should get in some good sailing. For me, I’ve just returned to the ship having had a couple of weeks at home. My thanks go to Bob Williams for looking after things while I was away. As usual he did a sterling job. It’s time to go to sea. Chat tomorrow.Andrew
