The last night, alongside Bulimba Barracks, Brisbane River

Ahoy all,Well, we had a great half day sail today on Moreton Bay with our guests from Centacare Brisbane. Channel 10 came out and filmed us, and we had a great day with Marti and Katie as pirates leading us all in some really funny songs. After we dropped off our guests, we berthed at Bulimba Barracks next to Navy Headquarters S. Queensland, where we will have the ship’s concert, a birthday cake for Evie, and our end of voyage talks. Tomorrow we will sail for Dockside Marina at Kangaroo Point, where we will berth for the last time this voyage at 1000. We have sailed for almost 150hours this voyage, which must be some sort of record – we hardly used any fuel at all, so Eddie the engineer didn’t get much chance to turn diesel into noise!Until next voyage shipmates,Yours Aye,Chris GallowayLieutenant Commander, RANCommanding Officer
