Adam hails from the picturesque Mornington Peninsula region in Victoria. He joined the Navy in 2005 as a Maritime Logistics Chef and has since been posted to the Sydney region, including time spent posted to HMAS Parramatta and HMAS Kuttabul. Adam joined the Young Endeavour in 2019 as Head Chef and has been grateful for the opportunity to visit remote and pristine locations, such as King Island, Stradbroke Island and Wineglass Bay. The highlight of this posting so far has been the opportunity to hear the individual stories of the Youth Crew during their voyages, and to watch them develop new skills in such a short time frame.
Adam's hobbies include table tennis, most sports, cars, fitness and of course cooking, particularly vegetarian style foods. He is married to a wonderful Colombian woman and has aspirations to learn Spanish and enjoy further travels to South America.
