Off Innisfail

Wow, what a night! After rounding Cape Graften late yesterday afternoon, we turned the ships head south. Unfortunatly the winds gods were not happy and it seemed no matter hard we tried, they were against us. After 6 tacks all evenly spaced through out the night we awoke with lines under our eyes and missing that thing called sleep!Morale is still high however as this is all part of the challenge of sailing a tall ship.Ah to live in sunny tropical QLD. Liquid sunshine has abounded us since late yesterday. The one thing that wont be washed away however is the smile on our faces!Ian HibbardLEUT, RANVoyage Captain
