My Little Kamikazes

Our night at anchor was perfect. The sunset was awesome and the concert was well prepared and hilarious. At 0630 hours this morning to the accompaniment of some great music everyone was up for the great tradition of ‘rust scrub’ a great way to finish the voyage and get those nails clean. We sailed into port followed by the SA Tall Ship ‘One and All’ and berthed at Port Adelaide to be met by friends and family watching as the YC manned the yards and sang the National Anthem. It was ALL RIGHT, my little Kamikazes. Well done, guys.At a ceremony at midships I presented Voyage certificates and the Order of Australian Emblem to Tim Martin from Warwick, WA, for his contribution to the success of the Voyage. I then presented the Waterford Crystal Globe to mark our visit to Adelaide during our Circumnavigation to Councillor Bruno Ventura of the City of Adelaide. After the obligatory photo shoot the Staffies were sad to farewell the YC shortly afterwards. And so finishes another Voyage.Stay tuned and see you next time.Andrew Davis
