WINEGLASS BAY PROVIDED A WONDERFUL SHELTERED ANCHORAGE.

YESTERDAY ALL YOUTH CREW WERE TRANSFERRED ASHORE TO FREYCINET NATIONAL PARK AND WALKED TO THE HAZZARDS LOOKOUT. A FABULOUS VIEW AND PLENTY OF PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TAKEN OF THIS WONDERFUL WILDERNESS REGION.

ONCE BACK ONBOARD A TRADITIONAL TEAK DECK BBQ WAS ENJOYED BY THE ENTIRE SHIP'S COMPANY. BEC OUR CHEF BAKED A WONDERFUL COMBINED BIRTHDAY CAKE DUE TO THE PREVIOUS DAYS POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR CELEBRATED THE OCASSION WISHING WELL TO ALL FOUR CELEBRITIES AND EVERYONE WAS WELL ENOUGH TO APPRECIATE THE MOMENT.

AFTER SUNSET THREE WAY TALKS WERE HOSTED BEFORE THE ANCHOR WATCH BRIEF. OVERNIGHT THE WATCHES WERE SPLIT AND EVERYONE KEPT AN HOURLY WATCH IN GROUPS OF THREE.

THIS MORNING THE SHIP SAILED AWAY FROM THE ANCHORAGE BOUND FOR PORT ARTHUR. ALL WELL.

YOUTH CREW IMPRESSIONS

MAY, SYDNEY.
ON THIS YE VOYAGE, I WAS CHALLENGED IN WAYS THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER FACED IN MY LIFE IN SYDNEY. YE IS AN EXPERIENCE IN ITSELF AND THE TIMES WHEN I WAS SO CLOSE TO GIVING UP, I HAD TO PERSEVERE AND KEEP GOING. THE SHIP IS RUN ON TEAM EFFORT AND THE REASON I AM COMING OUT ON TOP FROM THESE EXPERIENCES IS BECAUSE OF EVERYONE'S CONTRIBUTION TO HOW I RESPOND TO CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE REALISED THERE IS ALWAYS MORE TO LEARN IN LIFE THAN WHAT YOU KNOW.

AMY, TWEED HEADS.
THE FIRST FEW DAYS WERE A BIG CHALLENGE FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS QUITE SEASICK, BUT I RECOVERED QUICKLY AND AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE. YOU REALLY START TO ENJOY THE SIMPLE THINGS. I'VE FOUND THAT THE HIGHS FAR OUTWEIGH THE LOWS.
