Ahoy Shipmates,

Batten Down the hatches, keep the watch below!

The term \filthy night\" springs to mind - but we are on our way south at last. We are in heavy weather mode trying to get out to sea so that we can get southwards on a tack to get home to Sydney.

The ship is motorsailing under storm jib abd trysail, and the team are in good spirits, having just enjoyed one of Chad's roasts. Not sure how much of the program we will get into over the next few days - hopefully the weather will abate tomorrow so we can set more sails.

Until then,

Yours Aye,

Chris"
