GRAND DAY AT SEA WITH CONDITIONS MODERATING OVERNIGHT. THE
INAUGURAL SET OF ROPE RACES HOSTED BY THE ENGINEER HAD ALL WATCHES ON THEIR TOES. THE COOL TEMPERATURES HAD EVERYONE RUGGED UP WELL AND AN AMAZING ASSORTMENT OF BEANNIES PROVIDED A COLOUR FULL SIGHT. ON DECK WATCHES WERE TACKLING TRICKS ON THE HELM, CONDUCTING ROUNDS AND SETTING AND FURLING HEADSAILS. MAJORITY OF SEA SICK YOUTH CREW ARE NOW GAINING THEIR SEA LEGS AND MAKING A GOOD RECOVERY. THIS MORNING THE STORM SAILS WERE STRUCK AND THE MAINSAIL SET FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE DEPARTING EDEN. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR IS SAILING CLOSE INSHORE TO EASTERN TASMANIA ENROUTE TO WINE GLASS BAY.
