A fairly calm nights sailing was had and we got some rest. The wind gods certainly don't want us in Hobart. The weather has been against us since leaving NSW waters.
Last night the Ships Concert was held on the upper-decks. The backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House only added to the array of talent on display.
Last night the Command Day debrief was held at midships and the day was analysed in great depth. Bright and early this morning we got on deck to meet a beautiful Sydney day.
Command Day completed this morning when the YC navigated into harbour and we stopped next to the Sydney Opera House to put the BAT ashore. They got 7 lucky souls to sing with them.
The Youth Crews' Command day got off to a great start. We tacked against the wind and got clear of Port Hacking and with a brisk breeze from the nor'east made good progress.
