ANCHORED OFF MOOLOOLABA PROVIDED ALL YOUTH CREW THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO ASHORE AND PARTICPATE IN BEACH SPORTS BEFORE EXPLORING THE COASTAL TOWNSHIP. ONCE ONBOARD EVERYONE ENJOYED THE TEAK DECK BBQ, BEFORE SETTLING INTO THE COMBINED BEAR EXERCISE TO DEVELOP TEAMWORK. THE ACTIVITY WAS TO PASS ALL YOUTH CREW THROUGH A ROPE WEB WITHOUT TOUGHING ANY LINE WITHIN A GIVEN TIME LIMIT. THEY MADE IT WITH 6 MINUTES TO SPARE, A FANTASTIC EFFORT. AFTERWARDS ALL VIEWED CAPTAIN IRVIN JOHNSONS FILM 'ROUNDING CAPE HORN ON THE PEKING'. THIS ABSOLUTELY INSPIRED ALL YOUTH CREW BEFORE CLOSING UP ON ANCHOR WATCHES OVERNIGHT. YOUNG ENDEAVOUR SAILED AWAY FROM THE ANCHORAGE THIS MORNING AND CLEARED POINT CARTWRIGHT BOUND FOR MORETON BAY. UPON ENTERING THE BAY THE WIND FRESHENED AND THOSE ON DECK
EXPERIENCED HEAVY SHOWERS FOR THIRTY MINUTES. ALL IN A DAY, ABOARD YOUNG ENDEAVOUR. ALL WELL.
